Collective Arts Passionfruit & Peach Dry Hop Sour http://www.nlliquor.com/products/19420/ ... Hop%20Sour I understand people enjoying this, but I don't really understand.
That explains it, dunnit?

By way of justification: I've had at least ten CA brews that were 7.5/10 or better (and only two of the top ten were that low), and my bottom ten includes eight 7/10's and two 6.5/10's. They're one of the few breweries for whom I don't even need to think about it, just automatically grab everything they make.

Speaking of Collective Arts, the Liquid Art Fest Milkshake IPA is now at NLC. Lactose, vanilla, mango puree. I'm going to try it with an open mind.

Also saw an Erdinger special pack with give bottles and a cool World Cup glass

I just saw it on the NLC website and was wondering if it was a new listing that I had missed. So, I hopped over to the forum.I was searching to see if there were any No.5s left as I cracked open the last one I had. I too am wondering how a milkshake IPA will taste.

OK, more of an update on the new beers, with links and snarky comments:

Brasseur De Montreal Griffintown 6 Pack Bottles http://www.nlliquor.com/products/19345/ ... %20Bottles Not quite fully stocked yet. But who was asking for this? A random Quebecois blonde ale?
Collective Arts Passionfruit & Peach Dry Hop Sour http://www.nlliquor.com/products/19420/ ... Hop%20Sour I understand people enjoying this, but I don't really understand.
Garrison Wicked Good Pale http://www.nlliquor.com/products/19535/ ... 73ml%20Can Again, I see the point but I'm starting to get annoyed by opacity.
Iron Maiden Trooper http://www.nlliquor.com/products/19327/ ... 00ml%20Can Everyone's annual favourite
Spindrift Hurricane IPA http://www.nlliquor.com/products/19502/ ... PA%20473ml I haven't seen this so it must be in the fridge with other Spindrift.
Erdinger Sommerweisse http://www.nlliquor.com/products/19304/ ... l%20Bottle This rates relatively low but I'm not sure why. haven't tried it yet.
Another update, with a couple of reviews and observations.

New Spindrift Radler http://www.nlliquor.com/products/19321/ ... 73ml%20Can Had one the weekend and, honestly, not that great. It wasn't light enough to be radler-y enough. But it looks like NLC is doubling down on the radlers and fruity summer beers with lots of stock of these.

Not sure if I mentioned this before, but they have Moosehead 12 packs! of watermelon, blueberry and grapefruit radler. I do not trust them enough to buy 12 beers. http://www.nlliquor.com/products/19432/ ... ack%20Cans

For a much better beer, and a steal of a deal, I have to keep recommending the Les Trois Mousquetaires Gose http://www.nlliquor.com/products/19428/ ... l%20Bottle This stuff is $4.00 at Bishop's Cellar in Halifax and was more expensive at LCBO. $3.98 is a steal and it is good. Throw half a dozen in the cellar for next year.

I also enjoyed the CA Liquid Art Fest. It wasn't as dense as some "puree" beers, and I always prefer a beer I can drink without chewing.

In the saga of NLC stocking twice as much beer as they needed, lots of Omnipollo Zodiak and Sawdust City Twin Pines are still on the shelves in most places. Poor sad IPAs

And finally, things have come to a pretty pass when Robinson's Trooper is not flying off the shelves. 100s of cans still at some locations. Maybe even Iron Maiden fans have a limit?

Good info Shorlin, I haven’t bought anything moosehead in years but I would definitely buy more TMD Gose,it is nice. Not going to be home much at all in the next couple of months so I don’t really see me buying anything with the stock I need to drink as it is.

I've tried the Moosehead blueberry radler...I managed to get a six pack that was left over from the expo. It's over-the-top sweet. The smell and taste reminded of me grape crush.

New beers!

Beau's Tom Green Summer Stout http://www.nlliquor.com/products/19329/ ... l%20Bottle Looks like a blonde but tastes like a coffee stout. Worth a shot, maybe?
Charles Henri Amber Ale http://www.nlliquor.com/products/19425/ ... l%20Bottle I s'pose b'y. But who needs another amber ale, but from Quebec?
Erdinger Football pack http://www.nlliquor.com/products/19267/ ... all%20Pack
Marston's 61 Deep Pale Ale http://www.nlliquor.com/products/19343/ ... l%20Bottle Sure, why not?
Red Racer Across the Nation 12 Pack http://www.nlliquor.com/products/19542/ ... 12pk%20Btl

I will be buying the Red Racer 12 pack, and the Marston's. I love Beau's. Been there twice. But I frickin HATE Tom Green, the so called comedian, so a pass on that one.
